Tompkins Food Future is a coalition of food system changemakers working to advance a more resilient, equitable and healthy food system for all residents of Tompkins County. We bring awareness to food system challenges and opportunities, coordinate learning, sharing and action among partners, and foster collaboration to do more together than we can alone.  

 

Tompkins Food Future stewards implementation of the Tompkins County Food System Plan while keeping it current with the developing community vision, identifies and pilots programs that support the system and enable progress on the plan, and convenes food system stakeholders for ongoing sharing, learning and relationship-building toward collaboration.

 

Food Bank of the Southern Tier (FBST) provides an organizational home for Tompkins Food Future. TFF staff, Katie Hallas, manages and facilitates the Steering Committee, Working Groups, and overall TFF network.
